Patricia L. (Frazier) Fagan Schwartz,

Age 82, of Kaiser Road, Fort Loramie, Ohio, passed away peacefully of natural causes at her residence Friday afternoon, November 22, 2024.  She was born January 21, 1942, in Sidney, Ohio, to the late Luther & Edna (Seger) Frazier.  On August 13, 1960, at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sidney, Pat married Wayne Fagan who preceded her in death on October 8, 1983.  On January 10, 1998, at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, NV, Pat married Richard Schwartz who survives.  Also surviving are two daughters, Gaila (& John) Patterson of Leesburg, FL, and Kimberly Shiverdecker of Brookville; four grandchildren: Jennifer (& Chris) Mills, Jacob Patterson, Nicole Shiverdecker and Tara Fisher along with five great-grandchildren: Caden Mills, Kaelin Workman, Braysen Workman, Brody Fisher and Colton Fisher; four Siblings: Roger (& Delores / dec.) Frazier of Sidney, Jerry (& Kathy) Frazier of Sidney, Joann (& Warren) Crites of Elida and Rick (& Lona) Frazier of Centerville as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by several brothers & sisters-in-law.

Mrs. Schwartz had been retired from Alcoa Building Products (Stolle Corp.) of Sidney and was a 1960 graduate of Holy Angels High School.  Pat enjoyed visiting with her family, camping at Lake Erie, fishing, baking, vegetable gardening and especially, flower gardening.

A private graveside service will be held at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney, with Rev. Alex Biryomumeisho presiding.  Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  Private condolences may be expressed at the gehretfuneralhome.com website.
