Gary Lee Brown,

Age 70, formerly of Botkins, passed away peacefully of natural causes Sunday morning, November 30, 2025, at Ayden Healthcare of Belle Springs in Bellefontaine, Ohio.  He was born June 3, 1955, in St. Marys, Ohio, to the late Russel & Rogene (Heitkamp) Brown.  Surviving are three siblings, Sandra & Jim Wehrman of Belle Center, Steven & Edna Brown of Sidney and Karen & Mike Closson of Fort Wayne, IN, along with numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by one brother, Keith Brown.

Gary was a graduate of Botkins High School.  He had been a welder all of his working life and was retired from Brown Industrial, Inc. in Botkins.  He previously worked for LeRoi – Dresser Industries in Sidney.

A graveside committal service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, December 8, 2025, at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Botkins with Rev. Sean Wilson presiding.  Memorials may be made to the Anna Rescue Squad (P.O.
