Carol Sue (Martin) Pellman,

Age 93, of Sidney, passed away peacefully of natural causes midday Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Ohio Living Dorothy Love in Sidney, Ohio.  She was born November 30, 1932, in Sidney, Ohio, to the late LeRoy & Eliza (Allen) Martin.  She graduated from Sidney High School and then married Frank Jr. Pellman in June of 1950.  They were married more than 50 years before he passed away.

Surviving are three of four children: Sam (dec.) & Colleen Roberts Pellman of Clinton, NY, Kay & Ted Borchers of Fort Loramie, Jennifer & Dirk Cox of Louden, TN, and Mark & Luann Pellman of Troy; nine grandchildren: Drew & Becca Cox, Sandy Sue & Dave Foreman, Ryan & Katie Borchers, David & Moonsun Cox, Maria & Chris Barga, Emily & Misha Predmore, Larry & Laura Pellman, Joe & Jessica Pellman and John Pellman along with thirteen great-grandchildren: Faith Foreman, Danny Foreman, Daisy Cox, Kinslee Cox, Colton Cox, Willow Pellman, Eden Pellman, Wyatt Barga, Olivia Barga, Lucy Borchers, Landon Borchers, Lucas McGary and Finn Pellman.  She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Carol Sue was the last survivor of her generation from all of her brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law (over 45).  Several nieces and nephews also preceded her in death. 

Mrs. Pellman was a member of Oran Christian Church where she had been a Sunday School Teacher, Bible School Teacher, and choir member.  Years ago, Mrs. Pellman was a cook for Houston High School.

A public graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Brookside Cemetery in Hardin.  Memorials may be made to Oran Christian Church, 6424 Dawson Road, Sidney, OH 45365.  Private condolences may be expressed at the www.gehretfuneralhome.com website.
